Sean and Anamaria are the type of people you meet and quickly become friends. Their love for each other and life is so contagious and a joy to be around. Chandler Oaks Barn in St. Augustine was the perfect venue for them! We loved getting to be there to capture this beautiful day for these two who are so loved by everyone who knows them. We sure are grateful to know them and are excited to see how they change the world together as Mr. & Mrs!

We reached out to Joel and Sammy of 28 North Photography once engaged to take our engagement photos. With only hearing a few ideas of what our vision was, they made the perfect suggestion for the location of the shoot. Instantly, we connected with the two of them, but honestly, I’m not sure how anyone couldn’t! They are two of the most genuine people who truly want to capture the best day of your life and spend that day with you. There was no question that they would shoot our wedding for us and we were so excited to see them again the day of!

There is no doubt they are a major reason our day is so memorable. Leading up to the day, we were so at ease knowing how reliable and prompt the two of them were through their quick communication and encouragement through the planning process. We were both a little nervous and anxious feeling on our wedding day, as most couples are. Joel and Sammy were the most down to earth people to be around before the ceremony. Both of them reminded Anamaria (bride) that while she may be nervous, she was stunning, and that Sean (groom) was about to have the best night of his life! Sammy even helped Anamaria decide on her earrings, day of! Our bridal party loved that although Joel and Sammy were in the bridal suite documenting the day and hard at work, their presence was so pleasant, professional, and overall a joy to be around. They made everyone laugh and were a helping hand to anyone who needed something.

During the ceremony, photos after the ceremony, and during the reception, the fun continued with these two making the time fly by for photos and even kept the dance floor hyped up with their dance moves. No awkward photo shoots here!

A special moment we loved was when they asked if they could show us a sneak peek DURING our reception! Our guests loved seeing their work displayed and enjoyed getting to know them during our reception. We set off on our honeymoon a week later and a few days in, received our entire wedding photo album online from Joel and Sammy! The quality was incredible, making us fall in love with almost every photo by the way they captured our vision. They brought to life every moment of our wedding through their work, reminding us of little details that we maybe didn’t get a chance to see day of, or completely forgot about. We even ended up on one of the biggest wedding websites – Wedding Chicks! It meant so much to us to be able to receive 1000+ photos so quickly after our wedding and to see what time they took to make sure each photo was quality and was capturing exactly what we wanted out of our wedding day.
